⚠️Crucial Condition: Excluded Hospitals

To keep the premiums exceptionally budget-friendly, the SmartCare Value plan features a specific list of excluded high-tier hospitals. For routine or general medical treatments, these hospitals are not covered.

❌ General Illnesses / Routine Care: No coverage. Even if you pay out-of-pocket first, you cannot claim reimbursement for general treatments at these specific hospitals.

🚨 Life-Threatening or Urgent Emergencies: Covered with conditions. If you experience a critical emergency, you are covered but must pay the bill upfront and submit the receipts to AXA for reimbursement later.
